Faro de Esperanza is made up of a government body and an administrative body; In addition, the Government has a Support, Advisory and Council Group established in Canada.

The Administration is directed by the Executive Director and a group of brothers and collaborators who direct fields that require specialized guidance:

The Government is made up of a group of brothers and sisters from the partner churches, ministries and communities of Ecuador and Canada, who voluntarily serve in the direction of Faro de Esperanza and is hierarchically organized as follows:

*Support Group
The Support Group is an advisory team for the General Assembly of Faro de Esperanza in Ecuador. Its purpose is to encourage, support and advise the brethren, as well as to facilitate the participation of churches and / or ministries of North America in the work of FE.
